Kleinburg website design and branding project:
The historical village of Kleinburg in the City of Vaughan needed brand voice that would appeal to tourists in the area, and a consistent look and feel across all print and digital platforms.
We worked with the Kleinburg Business Improvement Association (KBIA) and the city of Vaughan to survey residents, business owners and tourists to learn more about the authentic Kleinburg experience. Pixelbrand then ran a brand voice strategy session with representation from local community groups at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection in order to finalize a brand voice direction that would help guide messaging, content and look-and-feel.
We worked with the BIA to create a website design that would serve as a base for future digital campaigns, as well as launch a new shop directory that was linked into the business owners Instagram accounts and current social media in order to better help promote each business and make it easy for owners to post in one place and keep profiles fresh. Showing current retail items was key to this strategy.
